Maggie's, nestled in Cripple Creek, CO, has quickly earned a reputation as a must-visit American restaurant. With dishes that are both comforting and satisfying, the culinary offerings leave diners raving. One patron, Dagmara Bąkowska, noted her boyfriend's burger as the best he had during their entire US road trip, while she couldn’t get enough of the creamy Mac & Cheese with chicken strips. The quiet ambiance and attentive service enhance the overall experience.
Customer Marsha Jo Rousseau praised the stellar service provided by Josh P, who seamlessly managed to be a host, server, and cashier—always wearing a smile. The meals here are consistently described as excellent; Becky Hobbs relished her biscuits and gravy alongside perfectly cooked hash browns and eggs, echoing the overall sentiment of quality and freshness. Not forgetting the sizeable portions, Maggie McIlwraith enjoyed the succulent ribs and delightful taco salad, both of which are served generously, ensuring that diners often leave with leftovers.
Breakfast enthusiasts will appreciate the fresh-made biscuits and ample portions, as highlighted by a satisfied customer, H18M24. The mix of quality food, affordability, and welcoming atmosphere makes Maggie's a gem of a dining spot for anyone exploring the area.

We have had a lunch at Maggie's about a month ago and it was delicious! It was one one of the first days of our road trip but my boyfriend had the best burger within all of our stay in the US. I ordered some Mac & Cheese with chicken stripes and they were to die for! Very quiet and pleasant place, the service was amazing as well, I can truly recommend this place.

Maggie’s was a perfect quiet restaurant. I had the biscuits and gravy, hash browns cooked to perfection, eggs, and my husband had the chicken fried steak and eggs. Both meals were cooked just exactly as they should have been, hot and fresh. The prices and the cleanliness of this establishment was perfect. We will defiantly be going back on our next adventure here.

Excellent service , huge portions and very reasonably priced . We ordered ribs and a taco salad for dinner . The ribs were succulent and served with vegetables and a choice of potatoes . It was delicious and such a big portion . We took our left overs home :) Our server Joe was a star . He treated us like very valued customers and nothing was too much of an ask. Thank you for making our dinner at Maggie’s such a great experience !

I just ate one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time the mushroom and Swiss burger at Maggie's was probably bigger than a half pound patty. Fresh lettuce, tomato onions I chose onion rings for the side and they were light golden brown and delicious. I was sad because I could not finish this meal and had nowhere to take to go box highly recommended. Also my girl had the chicken fried steak with fresh green beans and mashed potatoes. She rated it excellent Our server was working her butt off. I can't remember her name, but she made sure everybody was taken care of.

Really good food, I agree with others that the chicken fried steak was really good. The place was a little hard to find, you just need to walk down the street a little from the casino entrance.

I brought 5 children here after the ice castles. They were wet, cold, and hungry. The waitress was an older woman and amazing. Brought the kids menues out, got everyone hot chocolate. Was super patient with five kids ages ranging from 6 to 13. So grateful for the excellent service and patience. I wish I remember the waitresses name, but she told us about the ghost stories and a lot of cool stuff that the kids loved.
